It is a Grade I Listed building notable for its medieval rood screen, an unusual late 18th-century brick tower, and items transferred from Westminster Abbey, including a 19th-century pulpit and an organ case. The church has roots in the Norman era, with the current structure showcasing medieval and later architectural styles.
The church is open daily from 9 a.m. until dusk for visitors and private prayer.
Regular services include Holy Communion and Morning Worship. The church also hosts community events such as coffee mornings and a playgroup.
